Nationwide mail-in funeral equipment repair

Mail-in repair is available nationwide. Ship equipment to the shop when on-site is not required — clear intake, repair, and return. Best for many portable or shippable units, including various Duotronic and Portiboy repairs.

How mail-in works

Ship the unit. We diagnose, quote if needed, repair, and send it back.

Same intake path as on-site work. Photos help for mail-in quotes. We quote before you pay.

1. Intake

Make, model, symptoms, location, and urgency. Photos help for mail-in quotes. Tell us whether you need on-site or mail-in.

2. Quote

Labor and parts expectations up front. Mail-in freight arranged separately unless quoted. We quote before we start.

3. Repair & return

Ship the unit with the symptom written down. We diagnose, quote if needed, repair, and send it back.

On-site vs mail-in

When shipping is the smarter path

Mail-in nationwide

Best for many portable or shippable units (including various Duotronic and Portiboy repairs). You ship to Standridge; we repair and return. From anywhere outside Southeast on-site coverage, overnight mail-in to the shop.

On-site Southeast

Best when equipment is large, hard to ship, or needed in place. Coverage includes AL, FL, GA, TN, MS, LA, and KY. Near Birmingham, emergency response targets ~4 hours when available.

  • Can the unit ship safely and economically?
  • Is the equipment critical this week (emergency vs standard)?
  • Is the facility inside Southeast on-site coverage?
  • Would a PM contract reduce future emergency risk?

Unsure? Call (205) 681-9122 — describe the brand, model (if known), and symptoms. We will tell you whether on-site or mail-in is the smarter path.
