    What is actually included?

    Scheduled PM visit(s), inspection and adjustment, priority when it fails, and you talk to TJ. Coverage is the counts you subscribe: primaries (embalming machines and lowering devices) plus trucks, stretchers/cots, and embalming tables.

    How is the price calculated?

    $600 for the first primary + $400 × extra primaries + $200 × (trucks + stretchers/cots + embalming tables), billed yearly. Twice a year adds $400 for a second scheduled visit.

    Does PM mean zero breakdowns?

    No. It reduces risk and puts you first in line when something fails.
